Lawtrix AI is a legal technology platform owned and operated by Elentor Ltd., incorporated in Delaware, USA. References to "Lawtrix AI", "we", "us", or "our" throughout these Terms refer to Elentor Ltd. and its authorised agents.

By accessing or using Lawtrix AI, creating an account, or clicking "I Agree", you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a law firm or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Lawtrix AI.
Lawtrix AI provides an AI-powered legal practice management platform including but not limited to: contract analysis, document drafting, case strategy, deposition analysis, client and matter management, billing, document storage, regulatory alerts, and related features ("Services").
Important: Lawtrix AI is a legal technology tool. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. AI-generated outputs are for informational and workflow assistance purposes only and must be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before reliance or use.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@lawtrixai.com of any unauthorised access or security breach.
Each subscription is for a single law firm (tenant). Sharing credentials across firms or reselling access is prohibited.
Lawtrix AI is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans are Bronze ($79/month), Silver ($199/month), and Gold ($449/month). Prices are in US Dollars and may vary by region and billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is processed via Paystack or other authorised payment processors. Elentor Ltd. reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email.
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that infringes third-party rights; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or data; (d) use the Services to harass, defame, or harm any person; (e) circumvent any usage limits or access controls; (f) use automated systems to access the Services without authorisation.
The Lawtrix AI platform, including all software, designs, AI models, and branding, is the exclusive property of Elentor Ltd. and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform.
You retain full ownership of all content, documents, and data you upload to Lawtrix AI ("Your Content"). You grant Elentor Ltd. a limited, non-exclusive licence to process Your Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services to you.
You own your data. Elentor Ltd. does not claim ownership of any documents, client records, matters, invoices, or other content you upload or create within Lawtrix AI. We process your data only as instructed by you and as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
Lawtrix AI uses artificial intelligence to assist with legal workflows. AI outputs, including contract analyses, case strategies, document drafts, and legal research, are generated probabilistically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
Elentor Ltd. expressly disclaims any liability for losses, damages, or legal consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs without independent professional review. Always consult a qualified solicitor, advocate, or attorney before acting on any AI output.
Elentor Ltd. treats all client data, firm records, and legal documents uploaded to Lawtrix AI as strictly confidential. We implement industry-standard encryption, access controls, and security practices. We do not sell, share, or disclose your confidential data to third parties except as required to deliver the Services or comply with applicable law. See our Security Policy for details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Elentor Ltd. may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that poses risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days during which you may request an export, after which it is securely deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elentor Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use Lawtrix AI.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Elentor Ltd. in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, USA.
For users outside the United States, mandatory local consumer protection laws may apply in addition to these Terms.
Elentor Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email to your registered address at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
