Every legal matter starts with a client. The Clients module is your central address book for all individuals, companies, and organisations your firm represents.

Client records store all invoices, matter history, and document activity. Use the search bar to find clients by name, email, or company. All client data is encrypted at rest and accessible only to authorised users at your firm.
Matter Management
A Matter is a single legal case, transaction, or engagement. Every client interaction in Lawtrix AI — from time tracking to document drafting — is linked to a matter.

Matter Timeline
Each matter has a built-in timeline showing all events: documents filed, invoices sent, AI analyses run, and court dates logged. This creates a complete audit trail of everything that happened on a case.
Calendar & Court Dates
The Calendar is your single source of truth for all court appearances, filing deadlines, client meetings, and internal events. It colour-codes by event type and integrates with the AI reminder system.

Lawtrix AI automatically emails court reminders to the assigned lawyer at 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before any scheduled hearing or judgment. You can also send manual reminders from the 🔔 Send Reminders button on the Calendar page.
Billing & Payments
Generate professional invoices, record client payments, and track outstanding balances from a single screen. Invoices can be exported as PDF or sent directly to clients by email.

The Accounting module aggregates your billing and expense data into a real-time Profit & Loss statement. View revenue by month, expenses by category, and your firm's net position at any point in the year. All figures pull directly from your billing records and petty cash entries — no double entry required.
Contract Intelligence
Upload or paste any contract — service agreements, NDAs, employment contracts, lease agreements, joint ventures, loan facilities — and receive a comprehensive legal analysis in seconds.

Case Predictor
The Case Predictor analyses the facts of a dispute and provides a probability estimate for different outcomes — win, settlement, or loss — along with the key factors that will determine the result.
Input your case facts, charges, jurisdiction, and any available precedents. The system returns a structured analysis with a confidence rating and the legal reasoning behind the prediction. Use this to advise clients on realistic expectations and settlement strategy.
Deposition Analyser
Upload any audio recording of witness testimony, client interviews, or depositions. AssemblyAI transcribes the audio, then the AI analyses the transcript for inconsistencies, key admissions, credibility issues, and generates a suggested cross-examination strategy.

Click the 🌐 button in the top-right of any page. Select your preferred language from the dropdown. The entire interface — every button, label, heading, form, and AI output — immediately switches to the selected language.

The Knowledge Base lets you upload your firm's internal documents — precedents, templates, research memos, internal policies, winning arguments — and then query them using natural language. It is powered by Pinecone vector search, meaning it understands the meaning of your question, not just keywords.

Documents uploaded to the Knowledge Base are kept in your firm's private namespace — they are never shared with other Lawtrix AI customers.
E-Discovery
E-Discovery allows you to upload large collections of documents — correspondence, contracts, emails, records — and run intelligent searches across them to identify documents relevant to a specific legal matter. Ideal for litigation support, regulatory investigations, and due diligence.
Upload your document set, define your search parameters, and the AI returns a ranked list of relevant documents with highlighted excerpts. Export the results with full metadata for use in court proceedings.
Regulatory Alerts
Regulatory Alerts monitors legal developments, regulatory changes, and new legislation relevant to your practice areas and jurisdiction. When a significant change occurs — a new court ruling, a statutory amendment, a regulatory circular — an alert appears in the module and an email notification is sent to the practice leaders.
Configure which practice areas and regulatory bodies you want to monitor under Settings. Alerts include a summary, the source, the affected areas of law, and an AI analysis of how it may affect your current matters.
Human Resources
Manage your entire team from a single screen — from inviting new staff to tracking leave entitlements and payroll information.
